We are looking to find a skilled Voice Quality and Phonation Attribute Annotator to join our growing team.

You will annotate voice-quality features such as breathiness, roughness, strain, pitch stability and phonatory onset characteristics. These labels support voice-quality modelling.

Responsibilities:

• Rate voice-quality attributes using a defined rubric (e.g., breathy, strained, rough, pressed, hypernasal, hyponasal)

• Mark unstable pitch, phonation breaks and atypical onset patternsProvide short notes for mixed or unclear qualities

• Maintain consistent scoring standards across sessions

Requirements:

• Experience with voice assessment frameworks such as GRBAS or CAPE-V

• Ability to judge phonatory quality independently of semantics

• Strong listening accuracy

Background:

• Voice therapy, clinical vocal assessment or SLP training

• Knowledge of phonatory and resonance disorders

Sample Test Task:

• Rate ten sustained vowels and five short phrases for voice quality.

Compensation

• Per rated sample set or per structured evaluation task.
